Maison CLOAREC” selects solutioncaisse.com and AURES KIOSK Solutions

Maison CLOAREC is a traditional and contemporary French bakery and patisserie that is in tune with its customers and trends, both in terms of the retail technologies in use and the style, decoration and design of the premises.

Opened in March 2021 in Saint-Herblain near Nantes (France), the store covers 380sqm ; it includes a 120sqm retail area, vast workshops for the preparation and baking of bread, Viennese pastries and cakes, as well as kitchens for the preparation of dishes and snacks to be enjoyed on the spot or to take away ; not forgetting the ultra-modern refrigeration and storage areas.

“Maison CLOAREC chose to set up at a strategic address with a high level of quality and strong potential in terms of urban development, close to the Atlantis shopping area, the Zenith in Nantes and the huge Health Centre with a Polyclinic in full expansion; not forgetting the 7,000 sqm of new offices and over 1,000 luxury homes currently under construction,” explains Remy CLOAREC, the establishment’s Chairman and CEO.

“In order to meet sales forecasts and cope with large regular flows of customers at certain times of the day, we decided to install interactive kiosks from the outset. We chose AURES’ KOMET kiosk solutions for their ergonomics, performance, remarkable technology and the quality of the integrated sub-systems”.

“Not to mention the exclusive AURES designs, which are much lighter, more elegant and contemporary than those of the competition”, adds Guillaume DAVID, Manager of solutioncaisse.com, the AURES IT partner, in charge of the deployment, installation and operation of the kiosks.

“We are very much ahead of the game in terms of technological innovation,” says Eric SOLER, Expert Baker and General Manager of Maison CLOAREC.

“Choosing to implement high-performance KIOSK solutions means being able to welcome and serve many more consumers in a limited amount of time, more efficiently; it means less time spent needlessly queuing, getting information and constantly changing your mind before placing your final order at the checkout! It also means avoiding permanent bottlenecks or queues inside and outside the store.

For Maison CLOAREC, making the customer journey more fluid and optimising it, and seeking consumer satisfaction well beyond the quality of the products sold, is already starting to build loyalty over time,” he concludes.
