Australasian integrated entertainment company, SKYCITY Entertainment Group, has signed a deal to move forward with AURES point of sale terminals for up to the next ten years.

The agreement will see AURES integrated touch terminals and tablets installed in hospitality venues across SKYCITY’s locations in Australia and New Zealand.

The AURES YUNO integrated touch terminal was the chosen solution selected to replace the ageing fleet of MICROS terminals.

The modern and slimline look of the YUNO terminal, excellent cable management, and the tool free maintenance was attractive to SKYCITY as was the ability to easily relocate terminals to adapt to changing needs.

The use of mobile POS is also set to increase at SKYCITY with the AURES SWING and iRuggy tablets planned to be utilised.

The decision to move to AURES by SKYCITY was made easier in the fact that AURES is a major global player in the POS terminal market and a listed Euronext company.

A planning phase has commenced with AURES hardware starting to be rolled out in the second half of 2018.
