Dear Customers, dear Partners,

The health situation in France and in the various countries where our Group is present requires us to take measures to comply with the latest recommendations of governments, the World Health Organization and the authorities of the various regions concerned.

Our priorities are the health of our Employees and the continuation of services to our Customers.

In France, we have decided to use teleworking for all our sales, hotline, after-sales, purchasing, finance, administrative and marketing teams. Your phone-calls and emails will thus get answers.

All employees’ business travels are cancelled and postponed.

We have asked all staff in France to return home and remain confined until further notice. The situation may evolve depending on the measures announced by our Government and we will keep you updated.

Your usual AURES contacts therefore remain available at the numbers and e-mail addresses you know.

You can rely on our organization as we will do our best in these exceptional circumstances.
