ADVANTECH, a world leader in AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), today announced that it has finalised the acquisition of all the activities of AURES Technologies.
The announcement was presented to all AURES employees at a major internal meeting broadcast simultaneously in the concerned regions (Taiwan, France, UK, Germany, Australia – US meeting to follow).
Following this acquisition, AURES will now operate under the ADVANTECH-AURES banner. All AURES sales and related activities, including products and services will now be managed by ADVANTECH-AURES.
