Founded in 1989 and listed on Euronext Paris since 1999, the AURES Group manufactures point-of-sale terminals and epos systems, as well as EPoS related peripherals, which it markets under the POSLIGNE brand.

POSLIGNE Range

The POSLIGNE electronic point of sale (EPoS) offering includes an extensive range of solutions and devices. Alongside all-in-one integrated solutions, such as the Odyssé, Galéo and Elios terminals, modular systems and hardware are also available, such as touchscreens located on the sales counter and the Retail PC, often installed beneath the counter. These two distinct hardware systems provide additional, linked-in support for till operations.

The AURES Group also propose dual screen POS terminals and solutions, which allow customers to view special offers and advertising as they approach the till point.

POSLIGNE's offering also includes Panel PCs and monitors, TFT screens, LCD and ELO Touch screens as well as interactive and multimedia displays, supplied with or without standard VESA fittings.

In addition, the manufacturer provides indispensable ancillary devices and POS IT peripherals, such as hybrid and multipurpose thermal and dot matrix receipt printers (including models with front paper loading), along with other coordinated peripherals including customer displays, cash drawers, barcode scanners and readers, as well as 'POS special' PDA WI FI mobile ordering terminals (hand held terminal - remote control) – the latter being especially suitable for taking orders in the catering industry, amongst other applications.

Alongside the point of sale/service (POS) business, AURES' OEM Equipment & Systems Department works closely with industrial manufacturers, integrators and systems suppliers, providing them with product lines and complete sub-assemblies, including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware and products designed for digital displays: panel PCs, mini-PCs for the industry, touchscreens, custom printers and printing mechanisms, along with products for integration into terminals and kiosks for both industrial applications and use by the general public.
